It was a transmitter experience that exceeded my expectations. I decided to take this teacher training course after just a few months I discovered yoga. I came here intending to deepen my knowledge and learn teaching skills, but this course gave me so much more. The philosophy behind yoga is wonderful and inspired me to become a better person outside the mat as well. Overall I would say that yoga is so much more than “ asanas”, it is a way of life.

I am very happy today because first, I realized that we are limitless- impossible is nothing! I’m a French girl and I don’t speak English very well. The first challenge, for us, was to understand all the practice philosophy lessons and so on in English. After 3 weeks I searched for my words in French! The second challenge was physical. I did sports and also yoga before but I am not a strong girl, I was a little afraid about my capacity. Now I feel stronger than before in my body and in my mind. I’m really happy to feel the yoga and all the benefits of the practice that I didn’t realize before. Thank you for this beautiful experience!

I am very grateful for this very professional training. I can see and feel all the progress I made in flexibility, and strength and how it brings me in more openers. The way of the training to help us to be able to teach the MPS is very nice. If necessary I can start teaching tomorrow the MPS. I am glad to learn how to build a vinyasa yoga class: I love the experience which allows us more creativity. With a little practice, I can be able to teach vinyasa/flow yoga classes too. IF you love a good challenge and want to grow into teaching Ashtanga yoga, all yoga is just the right place for you! I loved spending time at this beautiful shala right in front of the ocean. David as a lead teacher has amazing teaching skills and brings a lot of knowledge and personality into the training. I personally would have loved to go deeper into vinyasa yoga as this is barely covered during the course. Also some elements like chakras, mudras, etc .. we’re not really mentioned. Therefore philosophy went too deep into the topics for me, while others loved it. The training starts physically very hard, be prepared for 3h of ashtanga a day. I found it easier throughout the time when things were changed up a bit with yin and vinyasa classes. Also, I completely loved and adored the anatomy lessons from Wendy, they were amazing! Come to Lembongan, but do love Ashtanga before

I love that the training is inviting us to really work on ourselves in more than just the physical part. Getting to know the true meaning of yoga and how it can help us in transformation. The breaks and practices don’t always align with me, because morning kriyas and pranayama should be done on an empty stomach, but then we jump straight into physical training after. And I struggle to do that on an empty stomach without feeling a bit dizzy or nauseous.
It has felt like a safe practice, highlighting the importance of listening to our own bodies, whilst being pushed and challenged to improve our practice.

Coming to this course I had one thing in mind, immersing myself in Ashtanga on a beautiful island across the world away from everything I know. I didn’t fully know how close to home this training would bring me. I’ve moved more into my body and soul and have made family in Nusa Lembongan. The course is intensive and flies by quickly. It’s a challenge to try and harness the time but the environment sends to it greatly. David, Seline and Shivaani are not only wonderful teachers but wonderful people as well. They took an intimidating practice and made it very accessible for all levels that showed up to be there. I will forever consider them my teachers and friends on and off the matt. Till I come back…

I would recommend this training to anyone passionate about yoga. This training can be done at any level. I’m personally a beginner and I have not only transformed physically but this training has expanded my knowledge immensely on yoga. As I started as a beginner it was challenging at first but the coaches helped me every step of the way and always encouraged me to be my best. Taking the yoga teacher training with All Yoga has been one of the best decisions in my life. It was challenging me physically, even more so emotionally. The rollercoaster I’ve experienced here allowed me to grow, evolve and return to my core and spirituality. This program is very well structured and thought through: they definitely know what they are doing and get out the stress of teaching by incorporating very early with small touches. I am not going to lie, the physical aspect was much harder than I thought as I hadn’t understood the focus of Ashtanga. I know… but sometimes you just read what you want.

My experience with the 200-hour teacher training in February with Seline, Shivaani & David has been really rich and challenging. Every day has been a discovery for me as a beginner of Ashtanga but it has been a worthy experience that fills me with confidence and strength in my mind and body. This is an incredibly special programme. I have learnt more in this month than in my other month in the last decade. The passion that you 3 have both for the course content, but also for each and every student shines through and speaks volumes for each of you as both teachers and human beings. For a long time, it was a big dream for me to do Yoga teacher training. This dream came true and I am happy that I chose All Yoga to make it happen. The training was challenging not only mentally but physically. I have never been exposed to this before. The first week was really hard, I had to get used to it, but with time it was better. However I practised yoga for a while and I’m pretty flexible, Ashtanga opened a whole new world for me where I see my potential to develop myself and work on my strength. I highly recommend this training for all who look for challenges and want to deepen their practice, either in their flexibility or in their strength. The teachers are professional, helpful and always cheerful. When at 7 am we begin the day with meditation or 6 pm and we close the day, you can be sure that they will support you and encourage you with a big smile.
I built up more confidence in teaching others and learned a lot about Yoga Theory and Meditation. Besides this, you will be around other good souls in a safe circle, and everyone supports each other. I stayed in a shared dorm with other students, it was fun, we laughed and we spent the lunch breaks and evenings together. The food is delicious everywhere and the sunset is just incredible. You won’t have much spare time, because the program is tight, but you will get some nice massages in the evening if you want.

I’m not one to believe in happenstance and to say that my life’s path led me (and all of us) here now, at this moment, would be nothing shy of providence. I’ve always been a teacher, and I’ve always gained immense joy from helping others succeed and grow. And I learned many years ago that the best teachers are those that remain lifetime students. David, Shivaani and Sinead embody this very truth. I’m incredibly humbled and grateful to have had the honour to learn under their remarkable teachings. This program/ journey here (30 hours), the lifetime experience and every moment have been a beautiful, heaven-sent blessing!
My challenges were little, to be honest, I struggled with Sanskrit (like most) and I still am, but only for now! If you’re ready and the call is in your soul, all Yoga Bali is the place to begin! With love & light.

There is a sea of yoga schools one could take for training, I am very sure that it’s not possible that there is a better one than All Yoga! David, Shivaani and Sinead are simply amazing!! They pick up each student from where they are at their practice, and make sure everybody gets the assistance they need, no matter the level! Not only do they help, but they also tell you when they see the progress, because sometimes you don’t feel your progress.
Additionally, I have never seen my life somebody handling a group (and all upcoming moods) so fantastically. This is really a treasure, because I know how hard this is. They face everyone with such kindness and have an open ear, no matter at which time you approach them. The shala was always set up so nicely, that you feel like “home and safe” the moment you join the shala. Flowers, music, bolsters – simply amazing. I won’t lie, it’s tough training, but it’s Ashtanga, right? However – the trainers always made sure that there was lots of fun during the training.
There are also days when soreness and pain in the muscles are dominant. Then it’s time for Yin or Nidra, I love the fact that they are so attentive and caring. Before I came here, I was not sure if it was worth it to take most of my vacation for this trip. After not even two days, I was even a bit ashamed that I had these thoughts – because already at the beginning l knew that these weeks would change my life to the positive! I thank all of you, from the deepest of my heart.

This experience was the best thing that I decided to do this year! Is. I’ve never believed that this training is gonna change my vision of life. I’m already very connected with myself and aware of spirituality, energies, pranayama and meditation I try to be here in the present moment as much as possible. BUT Yoga was for me something, an activity, a class to concentrate, to be focused on the postures and my body. TODAY yoga for me is simply ME → I’m a yoga

Learning to teach Ashtanga Yoga has been both an eye-opening as well as challenging experience. I discovered my physical strengths and limitations and was able to truly connect my mind, breath and body! This experience has simply been amazing. The accommodation provided was clean, close by and felt like home. The teachers are very passionate and prepared and I love them. The program is very well structured and I enjoyed it. I managed to teach an entire class with lots of confidence. This was my biggest challenge back home. I wanted much more. Throughout the past 23 days, I wanted to quit, leave the island, and go back home. With the help of my teachers and classmates, I stayed and found myself falling in love with Ashtanga. I came to All Yoga training with the intention of learning asanas, but I’m walking away with knowledge in anatomy, pranayama, meditation, and teaching. I see myself practicing Ashtanga wherever I go and hope to come back to the Shaka one day to complete 300hr YTT. If you’re wondering if this YTT is for you, it is. I had a wonderful experience at the training. I learned not only about yoga but also received lots of inspiration for life, loads of guidance and so on. The teachers here are super professional and friendly. I like how they plan the course content. The structure of the training is great. You can feel the purpose slowly, step by step and get deeper. It’s challenging though. In such a short time you are taught about philosophy and anatomy but you are always given the material so you can study later. Great to go to a teacher training course.

My experience with All Yoga training was much like a rollercoaster. Physically and mentally, I experienced many highs and lows. Reflecting, as I’ve come to the end of the road on this short (yet seemingly long) journey, all was necessary in fulfilling the goal I set out to pursue. I especially loved practicing yoga daily, and learning yoga philosophy and anatomy. I also thoroughly enjoyed my teachers who were very helpful throughout the entire process. I also loved learning about my limitations physically in yoga practice and learning about emotional limitations. My challenges, simply put, were very personal. I’m prone to pursuing goals independently and doing this training in a group setting was very different from what I know. I’m proud that knowingly I went outside of my comfort zone to bend my tight mold a bit. However, I still enjoy my independence but realize that balance will need to continue to be pursued. My mindset of yoga as a whole will forever be transformed by this experience in the most positive view. I look forward to continuing to study yoga and all of its facets as my life journey continues. Went into this quite blind, having looked at the website but didn’t register it. Time flew by and before all of us knew we bonded above life experiences and personalities. It’s life-altering to finally have moments of contemplation and be at peace with all the thoughts that are usually present in my mind. David, Shivaani and Barbora are such lovely teachers. Guiding and assisting you along every step of the journey.

All Yoga’s 200 hrs overall is a well-designed course that is both physically and mentally challenging. Living on an island and the stresses of everyday life allows you to completely submerge yourself. Other than your training there is not much time for anything else. The teachers were extremely helpful and wanted the students to succeed. You are challenged from the beginning to learn the Ashtanga full primary series but learn to teach the modified series. The classes are meant to give you variety so you don’t just do 100% Ashtanga. Overall I find the variety of teachers, teachers’ passion and the course curriculum to be worth the financial investment

This training has been intense and challenging, yet so rewarding. The teachers are so knowledgeable, patient and passionate. I am so grateful for this experience as I have grown so much physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. The curriculum is comprehensive and well thought out. Dear future students, Lembongan is a little paradise and the shala close to the ocean is beautiful, but don’t expect a holiday in Bali as l did! Be well prepared! It is a high-quality course, the teachers are really good and know what they are doing. It has been a yoga bubble for nearly one month, yon will have hard times but once you look back you will know that it was a good decision and it finds joy a lot of.) I was upset only about one little thing and it was that in the course there were more students than I thought. And that sometimes I miss the space in shala to fully enjoy all the asanas.

Coming to this training was the best decision I have ever made. I came here pretty lost, I didn’t trust myself. I didn’t believe in myself. Now, my Plan for my life lands, and more importantly, my outlook has completely changed. The power of your yoga practice is not to be underestimated, l have learned So much about my body and I finally feel at home within my mind. Your incredible teachers will guide you through so much more than postures and anatomy, they will share their lights with you and allow you to recognize the light within your own spirit. From the moment I arrived in the Shala, I felt welcome and supported. Throughout the entire training, I could feel and tell that the structure, practices and workshops were tough. It provoked me to deepen physically, spiritually and emotionally. The instructors including David, Shivaani, Stephanie and Camille provided the perfect balance of pushing and supporting not only me but each individually. The experience not only met but exceeded my expectations beyond what I had imagined. This all occurred in shirk developing wonderful friendships and bonds that will last indefinitely.

I liked how the YTT was built up. First, we got introduced to all the kriyas and different pranayamas as well as the Ashtanga Vinyasa (modified) Primary Series that later on we could practice step by step more alone until we could teach it. After all these days with guided and Mysore practice, 1 could remember (get to know) the whole modified primary series and know when to inhale and exhale and how to use ujjayi breath (also in other vinyasa creations) we could create our own flow and teach it to another Student. The anatomy and philosophy lessons were connected with the Ashtanga yoga we learned and were useful. We were taught the correct alignment and How to adjust others in each of the asanas of the modified primary series. It was a very well-guided training with great preparation to lead/teach yoga classes. I can recommend all yoga and I’m glad I chose this YTT. Thank you so much for teaching me!

From the very first day in the shala, I have felt Safe, supported, encouraged, and Challenged. This training has given me everything and more that I could have wished for. I feel so comfortable and ready to teach vinyasa, Ashtanga, Meditation, Pranayama and Kriyas. Each subject all yoga teaches is done with integrity, respect, incredible knowledge, and passion. The teachers at all Yoga genuinely care about The students and The content they teach. I am confident to say that this is the best training a student could choose.

However, even if you come with that mindset, All Yoga will transform you within the first few days • Physically: the course is demanding, but open to all “levels” of yogi experience. Practicing yoga will definitely help and I would suggest following their recommendations and practicing 3x a week before coming for your training. Even if you do, the course is still going to be challenging, but in a good way. • Mentally: You’re gonna learn tons, intensely and engagingly. Because the lessons in anatomy and philosophy are extremely interesting and you will want to be able to soak up the most information, l would really suggest you practice ASHTANGA Yoga before coming here. If you have to focus your time on learning the sequence, drishtis and names of the poses, you will have lost the mental capacity to learn another interesting thing, and that would be a shame. • Spiritually: This journey will be drastically different from person to person because you’re all coming from different backgrounds and practices. My advice would be don’t compare yourselves, don’t judge and stay open-minded. Miracles you are not even expecting can happen to you. • Personally: Depending on how much time you have on the Island / in the country before and after the training, you might want to again consider practicing Ashtanga before coming here. Although the Course is open and accessible to beginners a lot of people who come here, never practiced Ashtanga before, have to spend their evenings and free time learning the sequence, etc. wanna do the YTT. I was planning it in my 30s and (only wanted to take it to deepen my practice) But somehow, this year all fell into place and all my teachers back home were encouraging me to take the Lap. I came here, aged 28, practising Ashtanga for 4 years. I learned the sequence by heart and still learned 500 MUCH MORE here. But having that read Start being familiar with sequence allowed me to enjoy the evenings and free days and just relax. This is definitely achievable in Shorter than 4 years. Whenever you sign up, commit to coming prepared and introducing Ashtanga to your life. And my last recommendation to all – beginners or experienced yogis is: JUST DO IT. SIGN UP. SHOW UP. YOU ARE DOING THIS FOR YOURSELF. AND YOU DESERVE IT.

This course has completely changed my life – my outlook, my behavior, and my connection to my mind and body have all grown spiritually, mentally emotionally and of course, physically! The past 22 days have not been easy – I have had to dive into many challenges. The course was physically challenging from day 1 but the sense of community + and connection with other students and teachers was. anything seemed possible. It has been such a positive learning experience.
My outlook on what Yoga is has changed. Yoga is not just about physical postures. Yoga is a way of life, yoga is meditation, kriyas, pranayamas, asanas and so much more. The bond between student-student student-teacher and teacher-teacher is truly beautiful. Being able to come here to earn my Yoga Teacher certification is truly a blessing. I am grateful to be taught by the most caring and patient yoga teachers. I found a part of myself that I never seen before. Yoga is not always sunshine and rainbows, but it’s a continuous transformation with yourself. My teacher, Vari, showed me and taught me so much that I will forever carry with me and spread his teachings from one student to another. I am beyond grateful for this experience.

This experience has been a life-changing journey. From the teachers, location, food, training materials, and beyond, every aspect of the course was incredible and well-thought-out. All Yoga YTT is exactly what I needed at this moment in my life. It was the perfect combination between deep practice and learning about Ashtanga yoga and an immense community experience. The course size at approx. 20 people is perfect – small enough that everyone knows everyone else yet large enough to have incredible diversity and unique backgrounds. I came for the Ashtanga and yoga, but it’s the community and people that are most precious. I built some amazing relationships with beautiful souls here.

Wow. What an experience. I firstly chose All Yoga for the location being on Nusa Lembongan and being somewhere peaceful. Not only was the location the right choice, but the whole course blew my mind and expectations. The structure, information and learning materials was far more than I could have imagined and David the head instructor was absolutely amazing. The course is intense and definitely start to be a shock for my system at first – considering also that I did my first Ashtanga practice on Bali Belly (that is to say I couldn’t eat properly and felt nauseous during the practice). For me it was a hard start. However, the journey was worth every day. It triggered my insecurities, confronted me with my own mind; I cried, I laughed, I connected and disconnected, and connected again. It was an emotional roller coaster. At the end, it was a chance to get myself to know a bit better, to love myself a bit more on challenging moments, to again delve into the power of trying and exploring. How magical it is to explore and trust and connect to my own journey!
Thank you for every moment in which I was held. It was as if throughout this course, I relived challenging periods of my life again, and it was exactly what I needed in order to see some of my patterns. I came with the wish to reset my mind.

My experience at All Yoga far exceeded my expectations… The teaching was phenomenal, the location could not be more perfect. It was quite a leap to invest in the course and airfare, and am deeply grateful to my past self; I feel ready to be a teacher and am excited to bring the lessons I have learned into the rest of my life.

This course was an incredible experience in which I have achieved amazing growth and peace within myself. The past 23 days have been some of the best days of my life. I liked the routine, the early mornings have been surprisingly good for me. I felt my body getting stronger by the day despite all the muscle pain. I loved our community, all the students were so encouraging & teachers were very helpful. The content we were learning was super interesting for me and I treasured the experience of having my mind opened to anatomy & yoga philosophy for the first time & little things falling into place for the first time.

This course was very challenging for me. I learned how to be super organized, never give up, accept pain in all muscles, and continue the training. It would never happen without amazing & super-professional teachers who always supported & kept reminding me of what I am here for. Almost one month with people who I have never met before, but now we become a yoga family. I learned Ashtanga Yoga which was so hard and now I love it. Where to begin?! It has taken me 10 years to finally commit to a Yoga Teacher Training, life got in the way. When I saw the beach shala on Instagram I knew it was for me. David is such a true inspiration and he makes me want to keep learning and growing. He has converted me to Ashtanga, as I am leaving stronger and more empowered than ever. Seline is my hero. I enjoyed the challenging practice of Ashtanga but also the opportunity to try other styles such as Vinyasa, Yin & Rocket. I found the teaching practice everyday from the 2nd day very helpful. David, Nadine & Kim were excellent instructors. Very knowledgeable, passionate about yoga & kind. I enjoyed learning more about yoga philosophy, Pranayama, Kriyas & meditation. I found Andrew’s anatomy classes hard to follow & all over the place. I do not feel like I learned much from him & I am interested in this subject. I also would have liked to spend more time on Vinyasa, learning how to create a flow, new poses for vinyasa and transitions and have more time to practice this.

THIS COURSE IS FANTASTIC! The purpose for me was to deepen my knowledge + understanding of my yoga. The course is physically very demanding but this is what I signed up for. Writing this I feel both physically + mentally strong. The structure of the course is well defined + beautifully balanced between exercise / philosophy / teaching experience healing techniques/ academic knowledge of the body and mind. The course is hard work with lots of study in your downtime but this is vital in order to cover the vast content. The 23 days went very quickly, a sign of full days + hard work.

I was really looking forward to joining this YTT and it was not disappointing at all. This is a life changing experience. I can now teach and gain confidence so will always be grateful for that. The biggest asset of this YTT is the location on the island. The beach is paradise and people are the nicest on the island. The training lasted 3 weeks but feels longer because you learn so much about yourself, what you can do, your practice and the theory of Ashtanga, philosophy, anatomy, breathwork. I definitely now have tools to manage my emotions better and share my passion for yoga with other people. I can only recommend to do it for yourself. Trust the process, you won’t be disappointed. I found the asthtanga Yoga Teacher training 23 day course to be physically challenging, mindfully inspiring and welcoming. It provides the student with various consistent tools that help strengthen our Yoga practice. We consistently practiced and taught each other Yoga breathing techniques, cleansing exercises, asanas, yoga philosophy and anatomy, David, Kim and Nadine were amazing teachers, full of energy, knowledge, and very supporting. Overall the training was loaded with lots of fun.

The All Yoga 200 Hours have been equally challenging and for many transformative. While I’ve practiced yoga for many years on and off, All Yoga focuses not just on teaching but the holistic wellness aspects of yoga including meditation, Kriyas (Cleansing techniques), and pranayama. tools for my own with new I’m leaving all practice, but also with new goals as Yoga a teacher. This training is very well structured and beautifully organised. You will be given hundreds of inputs and Seeds, and knowledge and tools to understand yourself better and have a more peaceful approach to life. David, the teacher, is an incredibly amazing teacher, a person you have to meet to understand the persion and the knowledge he can pess to you, if you wout. He is assisted by two incredible teachers and the three together have provided one of the best experiences of my life. The weeks have flown by, and I just had the best time in Nusa Lembongan w/ Allyoga. David is an incredible teacher: he has infinite patience, so much kindness, insane physical abilities and truly helped us become teachers, equipping us to lead classes, while also keeping us curious to continue deepening our own practice.
Ashtanga is an extremely physically demanding style of yoga, so the past few weeks have been like a bootcamp (hello abs + biceps), which i loved ! It challenged me physically, mentally (showing up + pushing through every day) and also touched on opening the spiritual door a bit. So i can truly highly recommend this training!!
Finally, Nusa Lembongan is beautiful; we had beautiful sunsets every day, got to work out & meditate while staring at the sea, and had fantastic food & fun here.

I came to Nusa Lembongan without any expectations and just wanted to have a great time with a little bit of Yoga. I did not expect that this journey would change my life in a positive way.
I did not only learn how to do a Vinyasa or a Chaturanga I learned so much more about my emotions and my mental strength. Not only that, I gained more muscles and a better understanding for how yoga works, also how to calm your mind, improve your breath and strengthen muscles. I did not know I can strengthen them (e.g. Eye-muscle)?
I improved my whole Ashtanga sequence and I also improved my self confidence & I’m so glad that I decided to go on this journey and I’m so thankful for all the love, support, kind words, adjustments, hugs and motivation I got from my teachers and my friends. Hi my name is Anna. I had a wonderful journey with All Yoga training. The shala is amazing. You will practice yoga right in front of the beach and hear the waves during every practice. I grew so much this month here. You really deepen your Ashtanga practice – or if it’s the first or second time, you really dive into it. But you also grow as a human being. I spent so much time with myself – really listening and trying to understand my body and feelings every day. There are the really good days, and also the “shitty” days. Yoga teaches you to observe and accept the good/bad days but still find time to practice yoga and give your best of the day. I discovered another side of my personality and am still discovering/accepting it. Yoga is helping me. This training is amazing and it helped me so much. I feel like I can handle every situation, every problem now.
I really loved diving into the Ashtanga practice and a big part I really wish to bring back home is pranayama and meditation. It’s a lot of practice but is so good for your body and mind. I have to say, it is not an easy holiday and is a lot of work – lots of physical and mental work. But trust me, it is worth it!
Throughout the training, this yoga practice helped me discover how easy it is on a normal day, with a normal job, to not take time for yourself. Not even twenty minutes. Yoga has helped me understand how important it is to take time just for oneself, without distractions. To become one’s best friend. Sometimes, it can be scary but in the end, we should all be our best friend and company. We should love ourselves. All Yoga’s training helped me so much. Thank you! Coming from Israel, we have a lot of good teachers, but there is only one David and he is here with the perfect All Yoga program. Anyone can be a teacher, but this program, with David teaching it, taught us to teach from the bottom of our hearts. To listen to our students and to ourselves. To have our own practice. And only then, to give it away through teaching others. Bali, this program, and all the teachers inspired me and changed many things that will take me time to process. The only challenge I had was the intensity of this program, but I knew that before coming and this experience helped me understand I can get through everything.

I had an overall amazing experience doing my 200-hour teacher training with AllYoga. Nusa Lembongan is an amazing location, and feeling grateful is not a hard task when you wake up steps away from the beach & practice in a beach front shala every day. I chose this training because of its Ashtanga focus, and I wanted to be certified to teach both that & Vinyasa. David, Kim & Nadine were great teachers, and I feel prepared to teach back home after completing my 23 days here. I feel more confident teaching the modified primary series compared to Vinyasa, but with more time & practice I will get to where I want to be. In terms of my personal practice, I will definitely be placing more importance & spending more time on breathwork & meditation because I can see how they are already improving the quality of my daily life. I feel so much more knowledgeable about yoga in many aspects and that is exactly what I came here to do. I have trouble living in the moment & not stressing about what comes next, so the setup of the train focused on living in the present moment was such a challenge for me, but it has definitely helped me grow. I am going to going to miss this island and all the beautiful people I met on this journey.

I was very happy to have picked All Yoga for the start of my career in Yoga. Such positive and wonderful people all around! The location is great and teachers were approachable and welcoming. You definitely need to have some yoga experience to be able to do Ashtanga. It was very challenging. My only drawback is I wish we had more one-on-one feedback to know where we are when we get home.

As a relatively newbie to the yoga world, I was a bit hesitant at the beginning of the training. However, this experience has introduced me, not only to amazing people and community, but a lifelong passion. I have learned deeply about myself, yoga, and the impact yoga can have on others. While challenging – physically and mentally – the discipline was rewarding and I feel prepared to expand my practice and share yoga through teaching. I can honestly say that it was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. This training provided extensive information on teaching Ashtanga yoga, philosophy, anatomy, and the practice of teaching, which allowed me to deepen my understanding of yoga and develop the skills necessary to teach others.
The experience was truly immersive, and I appreciated how the training was structured to incorporate both theory and practical sessions. This allowed me to not only learn about the philosophy and history of yoga but also apply it to my own practice and teaching. Additionally, the teachers were incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and they provided individualized attention and feedback to help me improve my practice.
One of the most significant transformations for me was how this training helped me cultivate a deeper connection with my body and mind. I learned how to tune in to my breath (Ujjayi) and be present in the moment, which has helped me become more mindful in my daily life. As someone who had only been practicing yoga consistently for two years, I must admit that the training presented some challenges for me. Ashtanga yoga was a completely new style of yoga that I had never tried before, and it was physically demanding in ways that I hadn’t experienced before. However, despite the initial difficulties, I found that I fell in love with the practice as I continued to push myself and develop my skills.
At times, it was challenging to step outside of my comfort zone and try new things, especially when it came to teaching and leading others. However, with the guidance and support of the experienced teachers, I was able to build my confidence and become a more effective teacher.
In retrospect, I can see that these challenges were essential to my growth and development as both a practitioner and teacher of yoga. By facing them head-on, I was able to break through mental and physical barriers and cultivate a greater sense of strength, resilience, and self-awareness. While I struggle to convey through words how illuminating this training has been on myself understanding, growth motivation, health, and clarity of being – here is my best shot. From day one my experience revealed to me how transformational yoga is and that I am the only medicine I will ever need. Instructors are beyond special, the collective energy generated from their presence, knowledge and inspiration empowered me to see past any challenges and limitations I felt before. Despite having undergone an extensive joint replacement surgery a couple of months prior, I’m the strongest and healthiest I’ve felt. I loved everything, from the course materials, instructions, the location (Bali = paradise) and wonderful classmates. I did not want to leave. I have no doubts about advancing my practice and my capability to do so.

I registered for this course when I was at a point in my life and was looking for something to help me find my way as I felt I didn’t belong. My expectations for this trip were set so high and honestly I was not disappointed. I came here with the intention of finding a spiritual connection and a personal one. I wouldn’t say these things come easy or instant but now after finishing this course I feel equipped with the tools and way that will help get me that. The teachers are always saying that this is just the beginning of our journey and at first I interpreted that as the beginning of a teaching journey, but now that it is over I understand that this is so much more than that it’s the beginning of a journey of finding ourselves and our paths. There were a lot of ups and downs throughout this training and there were days where we felt awful, our body is sore and tired and emotionally drained but it was all worth it in the end. I love every single moment of it and meeting people with similar interesting experience, who ere all just being themselves. We’ve been through 23 days now and I feel like this is my yoga family and the teachers are beyond amazing. I am so happy I decided to do my 200 YTT with all yoga in Bali. It was an unforgettable experience. The YTT challenged me physically, mentally, and emotionally but I’m so grateful that I did this as I’ve been wanting to do my YTT training for years but never felt ‘advanced enough’. All yoga reminded me that there is much more to yoga than perfect poses. I thoroughly enjoyed the philosophy and theoretical aspects of the training as much as the practical training. David is an amazing mentor with so much experience and I feel lucky to have been one of his students. The assisting teachers, Shivaani and Charlotte. Were wonderful, always available for extra assistance, support, advice and guidance. The shala on Nusa Lembongan was an idyllic space to practice. All yoga provides a safe and open learning environment, and I would thoroughly recommend anyone interested in a YTT to do your training with them! I’ll be back for the 300-hour!

This experience was amazing. I think I cannot put into words what I learnt during the last weeks. It was very intense, deep and emotional but in a great way. It was not only a journey to become a yoga teacher but journey to myself. I have learnt so much about me, my future path, how to manage my past, to let go of everything. Every single day was so perfectly organised and I’m so grateful to be here. I have learnt so much about yoga philosophy and anatomy, and it could not have been better. One of the things I enjoyed the most was that we get our own morning routine so I can continue doing this; the kriya, the pranayama and the meditation. All yoga teacher training was honestly one of the premier experiences of my life so far. It was physically and mentally demanding but it’s obvious everyone in class came out of the experience exhibiting growth emotionally, mentally and physically. The location and teachers cannot be beaten.

I could stay here for a month to describe all of the things, people, emotions, challenges and changes this experience has gifted. It gave me so much. When I came here my soul was totally in small pieces, you put together so many pieces of me and helped me to respect myself and others, to really show love and positive vibes. At the very beginning of the course I wanted to deepen my practice but what I have experienced here is transformative. The course is very well structured with 360° learning in yoga both for the mind and the body, anatomy, yoga philosophy as well as in kriyas, meditation and pranayama. Emotionally I find David has led me to a path of clarity which was what my struggles were before the practice. The All Yoga YTT 200 exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First it was both impressive and inspiring to be taught by David (lead teacher) as he is one of the best teachers I’ve had. Not only is David experienced in the yoga asana, he is deeply living and breathing a yogic and sattvic life. Next, the curriculum is very thoughtfully planned. Today yoga has been too unfairly focused on asanas. All yoga is trying to challenge and shift that narrative by educating us with a more holistic meaning of yoga. We learnt about meditation breathing techniques, philosophy and anatomy and more importantly about consistency, showing up consistently, and practising. The tools that this course has taught me are extremely powerful and adaptable I have learnt to forgive myself and let go with many things. I have also learnt how to self- concentrate and sit with myself. I am thankful for the special community that all yoga has created. Signing up for this course I was prepared for the physical challenges that would come with practising yoga twice a day but I was not prepared for the mental and emotional transformation I would undergo. This experience has taught me how to control my breath and calm my anxiety through focused concentration and a better understanding for how my body works. This course not only pushes you physically but empowers you and gives you the tools to look within and grow stronger, and be more in touch emotionally. I have learnt so much about meditation and breath work skills I plan to incorporate in my daily life back home. Deciding to complete the 200hr YTT course with All Yoga is one of my best decisions so far. Waiting almost 3 to 4 years made this experience all the more worth it. All Yoga Training was an excellent choice. David and Seline are very knowledgeable, highly trained and professional. Besides the physical training, the teachings of philosophy and anatomy were equally important. Time spent on kriya, pranayama and meditation were extensive, which I personally felt became the most important part of the yoga training. As an alternative teacher I believe self-care and the internal practice create a more mindful teacher. I encourage those who take the Ashtanga course be physically prepared, some practice in Mysore is encouraged – I had little experience and was challenged learning the sequence. Dear All Yoga, Seline, Shivaani and David, thank you! There are so many thoughts I’d like to share with you, but to make it simple, all I want to say is THANK YOU for a life-changing experience. I went through so much during the last 23 days, ups and downs, physical and emotional roller coasters, but even during those more demanding times, I always felt strong on my path, with clear directions, surrounded by you as my anchors. Thank you for guiding me on my ‘camino’ and showing all the beauty, which was surrounding us. I will never forget! I came here with no expectations and now I feel so much more enriched. I learned about my body, my feelings, mind and last but not least my soul got healed. This experience will stay with me forever. Thank you all from all my heart.

I chose this course because I was looking for a way to deepen my personal ashtanga practice. As the owner of a yoga retreat center in Costa Rica, I had met many yoga teachers and heard about teacher trainings with a wide range of expertise, with different programs around the world, some good and some bad ones. Starting this program I had high hopes but low expectations. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was continuously impressed on a daily basis.
The level of talent and professionalism amongst the trainers was beyond all my expectations. The anatomy and philosophy instructors who flew in to join us for their modules were extremely well qualified and their contributions deepened my knowledge of yoga and the human body in a way that will help my own practice with a much stronger foundation.
Our instructor David is a true professional with a decade of experience that he shows so naturally and with such a genuine desire to see his students succeed. I can’t imagine someone better qualified to learn from.
Working with our other instructor Seline was such an unexpected treat. Her impressive awareness of the body provided endless wisdom through practical tools that I will use for the rest of my life.
The two of them make an impressive team. I always felt very supported and continuously motivated to deepen my own discipline. I will absolutely recommend All Yoga and if I see All Yoga on the résumé of any teacher I interview for my own business, I will know that they are highly qualified.

I had the most amazing time at my All Yoga teacher training. David, Seline and Shivaani are extremely knowledgeable teachers, each bringing in their own set of skills to make a great well-rounded team of teachers. I have nothing but beautiful things to say about All Yoga. From day one to now, every second has been the best experience. The teachers David, Seline and Shivaani are not only professional but they each bring a unique skill to the training. They connect to each student, make sure we are comfortable and if we ever need help, they offer a caring, no judgmental words.
The beautiful shala that we practiced in every day along the beach will be a sight and feeling I will never forget. It was the best place to practice meditation and asanas with our daily schedule. It was packed with so much knowledge and practice, yet still filled with so much energy.
It was an honor to be taught by these amazing teachers as well as Wendy and Dr. Ganesh. Learning alongside 19 other students made this experience even better. Seeing us all grow so much in just 23 days. It feels bittersweet we all connected on a deeper level and I feel grateful to share my journey with them. From strangers to peers, to friends, to now family. It’s not the end, but the beginning of a new journey.
